Attention Youth 11-18!  Explore the “Dark Side” of Alcatraz!
Saturday, October 27th 2007, 3:15 -7:30

Discover the creepiest corners of the Rock, from dock to cellhouse. Hear haunted memories of former inmates and officers in our audio tour. And experience “The Hole,” a dark, steel-lined boxthat was every inmate’s nightmare. Survive the dark side of Alcatraz—then celebrate with refreshments from Crissy Field Center’s Inspiring Young Emerging Leaders.

Meet at Pier 33 by 3:15 PM for prompt departure.   
Boat returns at 7:30
Tickets: 7.00 per person

(Individual and group scholarships available!)

• Each fall, World Savvy’s Media and Arts Program engages 300 young people in contemporary art, media and global issues!
• World Savvy collaborates with 20+ media and arts organizations and trains arts-educators in global education!
• The Global Youth Media and Arts Program culminates in a two-month art, media, and performance Festival at Zeum!
