What is the formula for a poignant satire on the perils of environmental injustice? Take 11 high school students from diverse backgrounds, throw in a pinch of desire to educate the public, and top off the mixture with a funny, yet distressing, script written by teenagers themselves. Inspiring Young Emerging Leaders (I-YEL) proudly presents a play that highlights the everyday struggles of people who live without basic clean air and water in unsafe and unhealthy neighborhoods.

Power to the ENVIRONMENT!!
Do you ever wonder who's gonna take care of Mama Earth when the current
care-takers can't? Here's a big hint: one of the future managers of Mama
Earth is reading these words right now.
Are YOU interested in the environment? If so, then EcoCareer Day might be an awesome opportunity to get involved. Come and find out about many different environmental jobs and programs within your reach! Meet environmental activists, educators, scientists, and others who might broaden your definition of an environmental career. Find out about cool summer job and service opportunities.
The event will be held at the Crissy Field Center, located on the Presidio, on Saturday, May 3rd, from 11:00am to 3:30pm. Free transportation will be provided from designated locations in San Francisco. There will be FREE lunch and giveaways. For more information, check out www.crissyfield.org.
