Wind history

The left axis of this graph shows the wind speed. The bottom axis shows the times at which the wind speed was recorded. The blue, jagged line shows how the wind speed changed over time.

In this graph, each dot represents the compass direction from which the wind was coming at a certain point in time.

" Center" indicates the hour that data collection began. The oldest wind direction information shows up as dots near the center of the compass.

" Border" indicates the hour of the most recent weather information that was received - which shows up as dots near the outside border of the compass.
